Liebe Studierende,
zusätzlich zu den Wahlen eurer studentischen Vertreter*innen vom 18. bis 20. Mai 2021, wird es auch in diesem Jahr wieder eine Urabstimmung geben. Hier stellt sich die Frage, ob Ihr der Änderung des § 4 Abs. 2 der Satzung der Studierendenschaft der Bauhaus-Universität Weimar zustimmt.
Erläuterung:
Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Anpassung an das Thüringer Hochschulgesetz § 80 Abs. 1. Die neue Fassung ist also direkt dem Gesetzestext entnommen.
Die Änderung ist notwendig um die neuen Formulierungen der Aufgaben zu übernehmen, aber auch weil das Wort "insbesondere" juristisch schwierig ist (Die Aufzählung der Aufgaben der Organe der Studierendenschaft in § 4 Abs. 2 der Satzung der Studierendenschaft der Bauhaus-Universität Weimar ist in § 80 ThürHG abschließend geregelt. Das Wort insbesondere widerspricht dieser abschließenden Regelung.)

Alte Fassung:
Insbesondere vertreten die Organe der Studierendenschaft folgende Aufgaben:
1. Wahrnehmung aller hochschulpolitischen Belange der Studierenden,
2. Interessenvertretung der Studierendenschaft in sozialen Fragen,
3. Interessenvertretung der Studierendenschaft in fachlichen Belangen sowie Unterstützung wissenschaftlicher und fachlicher Initiativen,
4. Förderung kultureller Anliegen
5. Förderung der politischen Bildung und des gesellschaftlichen Verantwortungsbewusstseins der Studierendenschaft sowie der Dialogbereitschaft,
6. Förderung sportlicher Aktivitäten, soweit nicht die Bauhaus-Universität dafür zuständig ist und
7. Pflege der überregionalen und internationalen Kontakte zwischen Studierenden

4. Förderung der politischen Bildung und des staatsbürgerlichen Verantwortungsbewusstseins der Studierenden,
5. Förderung des freiwilligen Studierendensports, soweit nicht die Hochschule dafür zuständig ist,
6. Förderung der Integration ausländischer Studierender,
7. Pflege der überregionalen und internationalen Studierendenbeziehungen.

Dear students,
In addition to the elections of your student representatives from 18 to 20 May 2021, there will also be a ballot vote this year again. The question here is whether you agree to the amendment of § 4 para. 2 of the statutes of the student body of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar.
This is an adaptation to the Thuringian Higher Education Law § 80 para. 1, so the new wording is taken directly from the text of the law. The change is necessary in order to adopt the new wording of the tasks, but also because the phrasing in particular (insbesondere) is legally difficult: The enumeration of the tasks of the organs of the student body in § 4 para. 2 of the statutes of the student body of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar is conclusively regulated in § 80 ThürHG [= Thuringian Law regarding Universities]. The phrase in particular contradicts this conclusive regulation.

In particular, the organs of the student body represent the following tasks:
1. exercising rights and standing in for all university-political concerns of the students,
2. representing the interests of the student body in social matters,
3. representing the interests of the student body in subject-related matters and supporting academic and subject-related initiatives,
4. promotion of cultural concerns
5. promoting political education and the student body's sense of social responsibility and willingness to engage in dialogue,
6. promotion of sporting activities, insofar as Bauhaus-Universität is not responsible for this, and
7. fostering supra-regional and international contacts between students.

2. exercising rihgts and standing in for university-political interests of the students
3. to look after the academic, social and cultural interests of the students,
4. promoting political education and the students' sense of civic responsibility,
5. promotion of voluntary student sport, insofar as the university is not responsible for this,
6. promoting the integration of foreign students,
7. fostering supra-regional and international student relations.
